Lifting equipment fails in one direction only — downwards. These are the gates every order passes through, in order.
Steel plate, chain, wire rope, hooks, bearings and hydraulic seals are checked on arrival. Chain and load-bearing components are checked against their grade marking and mill certificate before they are released to the line — a hoist is only ever as strong as the chain hanging from it.
Welds, machined fits, gear meshing and assembly torque are inspected during production rather than only at the end. Catching a bad weld while the frame is still on the jig costs a re-weld; catching it after painting and packing costs a whole unit.
Hoists, slings, chains and lifting accessories are proof-load tested before dispatch, and the test load is held to confirm there is no slip, stretch or deformation. This is the check that matters most on a lifting product, and it is the one we will not skip to save a day of lead time.
Powered equipment is run under load before packing: hoisting and lowering, brake holding, limit switch cut-out, control pendant and emergency stop, and the actual voltage and phase you ordered. A unit that will be plugged in 8,000 km away gets tested here or it gets tested by your customer.
Before the container is loaded we confirm quantity, model and nameplate against your order, check packaging and marking, and photograph the goods. You get those photos before dispatch — if anything looks wrong, that is the moment to say so, not after the vessel sails.
A large share of what leaves our factory is not a catalogue item. If you sell under your own brand, these are the things we can change.
Your logo on the product, nameplate, rating label, carton and manual. Private-label manuals and spec sheets can be produced in your own layout.
Fork length and width, lift height, chain drop, trolley span, handle type — adapted to the pallets, racks or beams your customers actually use.
Voltage, phase, frequency, plug type and control voltage to match your market, so units arrive ready to use rather than needing an electrician.
Powder-coat colour to your brand palette, or to a colour code your market recognises for a given capacity.
Export cartons, pallets, wooden cases and container loading plans built to survive the route and to suit a warehouse that receives in pallet quantities.
Extra hooks, chains, slings, spare wheels and seal kits packed with the order — useful when your customer expects to buy spares from the same supplier.
Custom work usually needs a minimum order quantity and a sample before a full run. Tell us what you want changed and roughly how many units you expect to sell in a year — that is enough for us to say whether it is practical and what it would cost. Send us the details →
We sell to businesses, not to consumers. Most of our customers fall into one of these groups.
Buyers who hold stock and sell on in their own market. These orders tend to be container quantities and often carry the customer’s own brand.
Businesses that resell or hire out equipment and need a supplier who can repeat the same specification reliably on the next order, not a one-off lot.
End users buying equipment for their own operations — production lines, storage facilities, construction and maintenance work. Smaller quantities, but we quote them the same way.
Sellers who list lifting equipment on marketplaces or in catalogues and need consistent supply, export-ready packaging and their own labelling on the product.
Not sure which group you fit? It rarely matters. Tell us what you need and how many, and we will quote it — the difference between a trial order and a repeat container order is a conversation, not a qualification process. Get in touch →
