Product Families at a Glance

Our fifteen product lines fall into four families. Working out which family you need narrows the choice down fast.

🛒 Floor Handling

Equipment that moves a load horizontally across a floor — loading bays, container unloading, pallet movements, and stacking in warehouses and workshops.

Electric Pallet Truck
Manual Pallet Stacker

⬆ Overhead Lifting

Equipment that lifts a load vertically, hung from an overhead beam, gantry, jib, or crane hook. The starting point for most workshop and production lifting.

🔗 Rigging, Below-the-Hook & Load Securing

The connection between the load and the lifting point — often the least considered part of a lift and the one that decides whether it is safe. Also load securing: tie downs and winch straps share the same webbing but not the same safety factors.

🔧 Jacks & Pulling

For when there is no overhead structure to hang from, or when the job is horizontal pulling rather than lifting — vehicle maintenance, machine installation, dragging loads.

How to Choose the Right Equipment

Five questions settle almost every lifting specification. Answer them before you start comparing models.

1. How heavy is the load, and where does it sit?

Work from the working load limit (WLL), never the breaking strength. Specify a capacity comfortably above your heaviest expected load — off-centre loads and shock loading eat into the margin. On multi-leg slings, capacity falls sharply as the angle between legs opens: a two-leg sling spread to 90° carries far less than the same sling hung vertically. See lifting slings.

2. How high do you need to lift — and how much headroom is there?

Lift height and available headroom usually decide the hoist type. Tight headroom pushes you toward a low-profile hoist, or toward a chain block, which needs less clearance above the hook than a comparable wire rope unit. For floor-to-rack work, stacker lift height matters more than capacity.

3. Manual or powered?

Manual equipment costs less, needs no power supply, and is near-immune to site conditions — but it is slow and tiring over repeated lifts. Powered equipment pays off as soon as lift frequency rises. Check what supply you actually have: 220V single phase and 380V three phase are both common, and battery-powered electric pallet trucks avoid the question entirely.

4. What is the operating environment?

Outdoor use, cold stores, damp or corrosive atmospheres, and dusty sites all change the specification — lubricants, seals, surface treatment, and cable or chain grade. A unit that performs well in a dry workshop can fail early in a cold store or a coastal plant. Tell us the environment and we will match the build.

5. How often will it run?

Occasional maintenance work suits a hydraulic jack or a manual hoist. Continuous production or loading work calls for powered equipment sized to the duty cycle, not just to the load. Choosing on capacity alone and ignoring frequency is the most common way buyers end up replacing equipment early.

Still not sure?

Send us the load, the height, the environment, and how often it runs. We will come back with a specific recommendation rather than a catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers sourcing lifting equipment from China usually ask us first.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders are welcome, so you can inspect the workmanship and test the unit before committing to volume. Get in touch with the model you have in mind and we will quote it on its own.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It varies by product and by how far the specification is from our standard build. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the MOQ for that exact item rather than quote a blanket number.

Do you offer OEM and ODM?

Yes. We can produce under your own brand with your packaging and markings, and we can adapt specifications — capacity, lift height, fork dimensions, colour, voltage — for your market.

How long does production take?

It depends on the product and the quantity, and on whether the build is standard or customised. We confirm the lead time in writing with your quotation, before you commit.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship by sea, air, and express depending on volume and urgency, and we handle the export documentation. Send us your nearest port or city and we will quote the freight alongside the goods.

How do I get a price?

Send the model or the requirement — capacity, lift height, voltage, quantity — through the contact form, by email to sales@clever-lifting.com, or on WhatsApp. The more of those four details you give us, the faster and more accurate the quote.

Can't Find What You Need?

We also offer custom manufacturing and OEM services. Tell us your requirements and we'll provide the right solution.
