We are about 170 km from the Port of Tianjin (Xingang), the main sea port for northern China, and roughly the same distance from Beijing. Full container, LCL consolidation and air freight are all possible; sea freight is normally the sensible choice for equipment at this weight.

Test reports and certificates covering the models on your order are included with the shipping documents — ask us to confirm exactly which ones before you order if that matters for your customs clearance.
Common models and standard capacities ship from stock; non-standard builds, custom branding and larger orders go into production. We will state the lead time in the quotation and tell you if it changes. Ask before you commit to a delivery date with your own customer.

Yes, for most products, usually one unit. We confirm the unit cost and the freight before anything ships, so there is no surprise on the invoice. A sample order is also the simplest way to check build quality before placing a container order.

English and Chinese directly. For other languages we work through translation, which is fine for specifications and quotations but can be slow for technical back-and-forth — keeping your wording short and specific helps a lot.
Yes, and buyers are welcome to. We are in Qingyuan District, Baoding, Hebei — roughly 140 km from Beijing and 170 km from Tianjin, both reachable by high-speed train. Tell us your dates in advance and we will arrange the visit around production.
